Avengers is a 2019 action role-playing game by Crystal Dynamics published by Square Enix. Based upon the Marvel Comics superhero group Avengers The game is mainly inspired by the animation in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The plot follows Inhuman teenager Kamala Khan gaining powers on ADay – an event marking the birthday of the Avengers – ending in tragedy following a terrorist attack. In blame for their disastrous actions, the Avengers disband.

**The Marvel Avengers were created by Stan Lee, Larry Lieber, and Jack Kirby. The first comic in the series was published in March 1964. In this particular storyline, a man named Elihas Starr is trying to create an army of super-soldiers that he can control. He creates a chemical mixture and injects it into his test subjects who turn into super soldiers. His first attempt is a huge failure as the test subject turns green and large with claws for hands and feet, but he names him Abomination.

Starr’s second attempt at creating super soldiers is more successful but he still has some kinks to work out with the formula. His second subject turns blue, grows wings, shoots energy beams from his eyes and mouth, and can fly at high speeds. He also has a thing for destroying cities so Starr decides to call him the Blue Marvel.

The third subject turns out to be a teenage girl that gains super strength, invulnerability, flight, and energy powers after she was sprayed with a liquid then bathed in radiation. She is named Ms. Marvel because she was created by Starr’s partner Dr. Michael Morbius who died during the experiment.
